As a Customer Success Associate, you will be part of our team that drives company growth and transforms the payment industry. Our Customer Success Associates act as partners to our customers, serving as the bridge between their needs and our products.
Your Role
- Help our merchants grow their businesses by assisting them with their daily inquiries
- Develop expertise in PayMongo's products, driving product education with our merchants and guiding them towards value
- Coordinate with multiple merchants who are at various stages of the customer lifecycle
- Represent the merchant's interests internally, engaging in product discussions and translating customer usage and user feedback into actionable insights and feature ideas
- Contribute to Qualitative Analysis with our partner outsource agency
- Support the implementation of Customer Experience research (e.g., Net Promoter Score, Churn Analysis, Journey Mapping)
- Gain unique insights into how thousands of businesses on PayMongo operate
