About The Position
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Quality and Training Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality customer service, assessing the need for training and implementing new learning programs for our Managed Service teams.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and review the quality of staff ticket and call handling.
- Assess the need for training and implement new learning programs.
- Conduct regular learning and development sessions for new starters and refresher training for existing staff.
Requirements
- Candidate should have strong customer service skills.
- Possess at least a Diploma or relevant Bachelor's/College Degree.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills in English.
