About The Position

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Quality and Training Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality customer service, assessing the need for training and implementing new learning programs for our Managed Service teams.

Responsibilities

  1. Monitor and review the quality of staff ticket and call handling.
  2. Assess the need for training and implement new learning programs.
  3. Conduct regular learning and development sessions for new starters and refresher training for existing staff.

Requirements

  • Candidate should have strong customer service skills.
  • Possess at least a Diploma or relevant Bachelor's/College Degree.
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills in English.
