The Order Management Coordinator is responsible for supporting Inbound/Outbound Email and Phone transactions, checking order paperwork, creating/updating accounts, entering/processsing Direct Sales orders, and providing regular updates on backorders.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer issues.

Required qualifications include a diploma or bachelor's degree, plus 1 year or more of full-time call handling experience.
