Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee various aspects of our human resources operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Supervision and Development:
    • Directly supervise staff, delegate tasks, and conduct regular performance checks.
    • E nsure consistent application of company policies and procedures across all work areas.
    • Review reports such as Payroll Summaries, Bank Statements, and Monthly Statutory remittances.
    • Facilitate annual performance evaluations, goal setting, and employee development plans.
  • Placement and Staffing:
    • Determine staffing needs, collaborate with the Recruitment In-Charge on sourcing schedules.
    • Conduct preliminary interviews, consolidate assessments, and make hiring recommendations.
    • Review job offers for selected candidates.
    • Lead General Orientation sessions for new employees, covering essential topics and company policies.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Manage employee disciplinary procedures in accordance with company guidelines.
    • Organize and host successful company events, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Compensation and Benefits Administration:
    • Administer medical programs, initiate benefit reviews, and ensure timely renewals of Group Hospitalization Plans.
    • Support cost simulations for bonuses, including merit increases and 13th-month pay.
  • Policies and Guidelines Formulation:
    • Develop policy drafts, submit them for review and approval by GM-HR.
    • Maintain compliance with company policies and guidelines.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • A minimum of three years' experience as an HR Supervisor, handling generalist HR functions.
    • L&D background is an added asset.
