Job Title: HR Business Partner

Overview

This role is responsible for supporting the management team in various human resources duties, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, training and development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
  • Provide support to employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs in coordination with finance/payroll.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and personnel files.
  • Coordinate and support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage employee relations and assist in resolving conflicts or concerns.
  • Assist with the performance management process, ensuring timely documentation and goal setting.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.
  • Support HR audits, compliance reporting, and other administrative tasks.
  • Participate in HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a generalist or HR-related role.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel) and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
