Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and supporting other functions within HR operations.

  • Responsibilities include handling monthly payroll, ensuring the process proceeds correctly and on time.
  • Familiarity with payroll software such as Sprout HR is required, including management of SSS, PAGIBIG, HDMF, and Income Tax annualization.
  • The ideal candidate will also manage other benefits programs, such as Health Insurance, loyalty, and gift card systems.
  • Supporting line managers/employees on key HR Operations like performance management, development planning, Discipline/Labour relations, and facility management.
  • Maintaining HRIS and employee records and documentation accurately.
  • Supporting Employee engagement activities and responding to internal user requests.
  • Coordinating with other departments on HR-related tasks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll and HR operations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with good attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with Sprout payroll system is essential.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Strong personal and professional ethics & values.
