Job Description

The Senior Financial Analyst will oversee and manage data, processes, and controls to ensure accuracy in bonus and commission programs.

This role supports monthly and quarterly commissions and bonus calculations for all business segments, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Lead the preparation and maintenance of the quarterly compensation workbook independently.
  • Oversee end-to-end company-wide compensation process, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies.
  • Prepare and submit monthly incentives and bonus calculation files, reviewing relevant data needed for accurate calculations.
  • Maintain sensitive information securely, in compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Address complex commission and bonus inquiries, adjustments, and corrections promptly.
  • Maintain sales compensation documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeline adherence.
  • Collaborate with revenue operations teams on systems improvements for commissions.
  • Document and maintain processes for monthly, quarterly, and annual commission accounting tasks and audits.
  • Design and develop complex queries, reports, and analyses to support fact-based business decisions.
