Job Title

The company is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to process bi-weekly payroll for employees in multiple locations, ensuring all calculations are accurate and compliant. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience running payroll using ADP, with strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process bi-weekly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Utilize ADP payroll software to input and manage payroll data.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring current and up-to-date information.
  • Review and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.
  • Prepare and file payroll taxes and related filings.
  • Generate detailed payroll reports, track hours, overtime, and PTO usage.
  • Assist with audits and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Provide support to employees regarding payroll questions and deductions.
  • Monitor changes in payroll regulations and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the HR and finance departments.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of payroll experience, with expertise in running payroll using ADP.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy in all payroll-related tasks.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to respond professionally to employee inquiries.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems as needed.
