
Senior HR Transformation Specialist

The Strategic HR Business Partner drives strategic people initiatives across performance management, employee experience, HR operations, and training. This role ensures that HR systems, processes, and culture align with Luminisce's mission of service excellence.
The position acts as a key advisor to leadership, driving accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement through values-based practices and data-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities- Design and implement a performance management framework with clear KPIs and values-based evaluations.
- Facilitate regular reviews, feedback cycles, and recognition programs tied to customer experience and service excellence.
- Coach managers on delivering feedback and driving team accountability.
Onboarding and Training involve building and managing onboarding programs that accelerate integration and productivity, developing and delivering training plans that support technical, service, and leadership development, and tracking training impact and ensuring alignment with performance goals.
HR Operations and Compliance involve maintaining and updating HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal standards, and handling employee relations with fairness, integrity, and discretion.
Process Excellence and Metrics require mapping and optimizing HR workflows for consistency and clarity, establishing HR dashboards to monitor onboarding, training, performance, and retention, and partnering with leadership to identify trends and drive strategic improvements.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; advanced credentials preferred.
- 5+ years in HR leadership roles with experience in performance, training, and operations.
- Strong execution discipline, analytical mindset, and coaching capability.
- Familiarity with HRIS, LMS, and process documentation tools.
