Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Sourcing Specialist, located in Taguig. The HR Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent, managing recruitment channels, and building a robust candidate pipeline. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring an efficient and effective recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and sourcing.

  • Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment databases.

  • Proficiency and familiarity with social media recruiting strategies (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc).

  • Strong Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques on platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards).

  • Must be located in commutable distance to Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines
