Human Resources Specialist Role Overview

This role focuses on ensuring the dealership's operational success and customer satisfaction by maintaining compliance with policies and labor laws, improving employee satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all dealership processes comply with company policies and labor laws;
  • Facilitate new employee orientations to guarantee smooth integration into the dealership and familiarity with processes and culture;
  • Coordinate with the HR team in managing recruitment efforts to support the dealership's staffing needs;
  • Manage payroll processing and benefits administration for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, promoting a positive and compliant work environment;
  • Identify training needs and assist in planning skill development programs to enhance job performance;
  • Represent the company at events such as recruitment fairs, community outreach programs, partnerships with local schools or TESDA, and skills training sessions;
  • Maintain and organize HR records, including attendance, performance reviews, and other essential documents;
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, promoting a safe working environment for all employees;
  • Perform additional tasks assigned from time to time.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BS degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business/Management, or equivalent;
