Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

The Chief Engineer role is responsible for overseeing the overall performance of our properties. This includes managing maintenance and monitoring equipment, assessing facility efficiency, and proposing improvements to enhance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate Engineering Staff and personnel to handle day-to-day operations.
  • Address concerns of tenants and customers in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineers with extensive experience in facilities management and maintenance.
  • Previous commercial experience is an advantage.

Work Details:

  • Location: La Union
  • Schedule: 5-day work week; rest day to be discussed.

Experience Range: 5 - 8 years
