At Hilton, our Housekeeping Attendants are the face of our hospitality. They play a vital role in ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. As a key member of the housekeeping and laundry team, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of these departments, including delegating tasks to team members and ensuring that work is done efficiently and effectively.

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will:

  • Support all Housekeeping and Laundry activities
  • Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the housekeeping and laundry team
  • Provide excellent guest service
  • Actively work on availability and release of rooms for guest service
  • Manage the controls of the housekeeping department, including frequency of employees, master keys, uniforms, and linen
  • Responsible for checking daily guest information in CRM and ensure preferences and requests are met on time
  • Request flowers for special occasions and provide embroidery for special linen
  • Control Lost and Found and donations monthly
  • Check uniforms and send for cleaning and repair
  • Coordinate and control all traffic of documents and people within the department

What we are looking for?

A successful Housekeeping Attendant should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Planning and organizing
  • Good oral and written communication
  • Previous experience in laundry
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service

  • Positive attitude
