Job Overview

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employee-related matters, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment. As an HR Generalist, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from handling due process documents to conducting background checks and employment verifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and execute human resource programs, including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, and morale.
  • Maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in Employee Relations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
