Job DescriptionJoin Our Team Sales Coordinator Wanted
Are you a people-person who loves creating engaging content, ensuring smooth operations, and selling amazing experiences? Do you have an eye for detail, a knack for organization, and a passion for making customers feel special? If yes, then we want YOU to be part of our growing photography studio team
Sell with Confidence Pitch our services to in-studio clients and help them find the perfect photography package.
- Someone friendly, organized, and proactive—you take initiative and love making things happen
- A natural salesperson who can confidently explain our packages and services.
- A social media-savvy creator who knows how to engage an audience.
- An eye for process improvement to help keep our studio running like clockwork.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus
- Research and identify potential leads across different platforms.
- Maintain and update lead tracking databases.
- Assist in cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to support the sales process.
- Monitor and engage with followers across various social media platforms.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in increasing brand engagement and awareness through interactive content and community management.
- Track and follow up on leads and client communications.
- Manage and organize email marketing campaigns.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating sales activities.
- Online and offline client presentations.
