As a Student Success Care Services Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for learners and prospective learners. You will deliver exceptional care and support to ensure their success in achieving their learning goals.
Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively engage with learners to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Direct learners to relevant resources and tools to facilitate their academic success.

Requirements:
