Customer Success Associate Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging product demonstrations, supporting customer onboarding, and managing client interactions. They will work closely with sales and product teams to align solutions with customer needs and provide valuable insights to improve our products.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to confidently deliver online product demos and training sessions. You should also be familiar with HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM/marketing automation tools) and have experience working in customer-facing roles.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and walkthroughs for clients.
  • Support customer onboarding and ensure smooth product adoption.
  • Act as a key communication link between RChilli and clients, ensuring queries are resolved promptly.
  • Manage client interactions, updates, and pipelines in HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align solutions with customer needs.
  • Collect client feedback and provide insights to internal teams for product improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: B.Tech or BCA with BSBA, MBA (Marketing/Sales specialization).
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year in customer success, client engagement, or pre-sales roles (internships considered).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to confidently deliver online product demos and training sessions.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM/marketing automation tools).
  • Tech-savvy, quick learner, and detail-oriented.
  • Analytical skills to understand client needs and identify opportunities for value addition.
