Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Support Professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing business systems and processes, as well as providing administrative support to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to shaping the company's legacy by enabling productivity and supporting administrative operations.
  • Leverage software management skills to enhance workflows, staff training, and communication.
  • Manage software templates for quoting and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate training sessions for staff, maintain accurate records, and contribute to staff development.
  • Prepare executive-level email responses with professionalism.

Requirements:
  • Experience in an administrative support role within a trade or services industry
  • Proven experience with software management
