At TMDPH INC, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Healthcare Appointment Scheduler to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare services team, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments and promoting healthcare services to patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls to potential patients to schedule appointments and promote healthcare services.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment setting targets, with a minimum of 150-200 calls per day, 15-20 appointments booked per day.
- Manage patient inquiries by providing accurate information about healthcare services and appointment availability.
- Identify patient needs and recommend appropriate healthcare services.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and scheduled appointments in the healthcare system.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies during all interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Stay informed about healthcare services, promotions, and changes to provide accurate information to patients.
- College level or college graduate required.
- Degree or higher in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred.
- Having at least 1-2 years of experience as Appointment Setter, BPO, or freelance virtual assistance focusing on appointment setting is highly desirable.
- Experience with appointment scheduling systems, tools like phone burner and patient management software is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using computers and office software (e.g., Google suite, scheduling software).
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- High level of accuracy in maintaining records and managing information.
- Ability to understand and address patient needs and concerns effectively.
- Ability to handle a dynamic work environment and adapt to changes in procedures and policies.
- Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions and communications.
- Driven to achieve targets and contribute to the success of the organization.
This is a remote (work from home) position. Must be able to work in the CST (Central Standard Time) time zone. Requires a reliable internet connection, own equipment and a quiet work environment.
