Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential patients to schedule appointments and promote healthcare services.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment setting targets, with a minimum of 150-200 calls per day, 15-20 appointments booked per day.
  • Manage patient inquiries by providing accurate information about healthcare services and appointment availability.
  • Identify patient needs and recommend appropriate healthcare services.
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions and scheduled appointments in the healthcare system.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies during all interactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.
  • Stay informed about healthcare services, promotions, and changes to provide accurate information to patients.
Qualifications:
  • College level or college graduate required.
  • Degree or higher in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Having at least 1-2 years of experience as Appointment Setter, BPO, or freelance virtual assistance focusing on appointment setting is highly desirable.
  • Experience with appointment scheduling systems, tools like phone burner and patient management software is a plus.
Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computers and office software (e.g., Google suite, scheduling software).
  • Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
