Sales Appointment Setter

Schedule appointments for sales team by contacting potential clients from supplied leads.
- Ensure positive experience for every prospective client.
- Take initiative to learn about iTeraTEL and grow within role.
- Prioritize appointments to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Convert at least 10% of leads into appointments.
- Utilize tools such as HubSpot and Microsoft Office to manage role.
- Keep CRM updated with lead information.
- Maintain positive and professional attitude when interacting with prospects.
- Accurately explain iTeraTEL’s products and services to potential customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma; college education preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills (French is a bonus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work independently.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
- Positive attitude and pleasant speaking voice.
- Experience working in a team environment.
Location: Oakridge Business Park in Mandaue City.
