Job Title: Appointment Setter

At Cyberbacker Careers, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in scheduling appointments with clients and ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Call and schedule appointments with clients to maximize lead conversion.
  • Conduct lead follow-ups and nurturing activities to build strong relationships with prospects.
  • Respond to inbound calls, texts, and emails from clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Deliver value propositions and handle objections using scripted responses.
  • Update the CRM system with relevant information after each interaction.
  • Coordinate and manage the calendar of appointments to ensure smooth scheduling.
Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Comfortable making phone calls, memorizing, and delivering call scripts.
  • Strong customer service orientation and listening abilities.
