Job Title: Performance Development Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key position within our organization. As a Performance Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of our Customer Success Managers (CSMs).

Your primary responsibility will be to coach and mentor CSMs to improve their performance and enhance customer satisfaction. You will conduct quality reviews on customer interactions and provide constructive feedback to help individuals grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver coaching plans tailored to individual performance metrics and team goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership on team skill development, training needs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain standardized coaching documentation and feedback tools to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience coaching Customer Success Managers, Account Managers, or similar roles.
  • Solid foundation in quality assurance and structured feedback delivery.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
