This exciting role will involve imparting process and pre-process training for various banking operations, including deposit, payments, wealth operations, and commercial lending. You will be responsible for developing high-quality education materials, such as digital presentations, how-to manuals, and instructional videos. Additionally, you will prepare procedures and policies regarding techniques and appropriate agent conduct, schedule and conduct training sessions, and observe daily operations to identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Impart process and pre-process training for banking operations to new and experienced employees.
- Develop education materials, including digital presentations, how-to manuals, and instructional videos.
- Prepare procedures and policies regarding techniques and appropriate agent conduct.
- Schedule and conduct training sessions to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Observe daily operations to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of college completion.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training, preferably in banking contact center teams.
Desirable Skills:
- Strong teaching and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with learning management systems.
