We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Banking Consultant to join our team at J-K Network Services. As a Senior Banking Consultant, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer care and customizing solutions for esteemed clients of commercial banking.

You will comply with banking regulations while determining and meeting the needs of your consumers, both present and future. You will also be responsible for the initial point of contact by phone for clients requiring prompt maintenance and servicing across many commercial banking product categories.

Work together with stakeholders to address a client issue and perform other tasks as assigned. If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Requirements:
  • Open for Non-Bachelors Degree
  • With at least 2-3 years Call Center experience
  • Amenable to work in a shifting schedule
  • Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested
  • Amenable to be trained on site
