Human Resources Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our HR team as a Human Resources Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an administrative environment, providing excellent support to the HR Operations Unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide effective and accurate administrative services with respect to HR Administration, Benefits, and Payroll within the HR Operations Unit.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate HR Operations Unit events and committees to ensure seamless execution.
  • Procurement Services: Administer third-party procurement and payment processes.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate HR Operations filing and record management system.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
