Operations Coordinator

Overview Our company is looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to help us streamline internal operations, optimize workflows, and ensure the smooth execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have strong Monday.com expertise, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Key Responsibilities
  • Build, configure, and optimize workflows in Monday.com (and possibly ClickUp)
  • Design and implement automations and integrations to improve efficiency
  • Coordinate multiple projects, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on priorities, delivery quality, and client satisfaction
  • Iterate on processes and workflows based on feedback
  • [Optional] Support client strategy and relationship management when needed
Requirements
  • 3–4+ years of project management experience (agency or client-side)
  • Specialist-level knowledge of Monday.com (workflow design, automations, dashboards)
  • Strong skills in workflow optimization, systems, and operations
  • Background in marketing agencies or growth consultancies
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proactive communicator who can take ownership with minimal oversight
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience with ClickUp or similar tools
  • Client-facing experience: relationship building, strategy, upselling/cross-selling
  • Exposure to startups, scale-ups, or mission-driven brands
