The Senior Financial Manager will oversee the end-to-end financial management cycle, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support business objectives. This role will ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and delivery of insightful financial analyses to inform strategic decision-making.

• Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities, focusing on accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to drive business success.
• Oversee month-end close processes to guarantee timely and accurate financial reporting, highlighting key business drivers, trends, and variances.
• Prepare, review, and present management reports that clearly articulate key business insights, including financial performance metrics and industry benchmarks.
• Maintain and enhance financial models to support data-driven decision-making and scenario planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with operational goals, fostering a culture of transparency and open communication.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Develop and implement process improvements for efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting, leveraging expertise in financial systems and technologies.
• Mentor and lead a remote finance team, promoting a culture of growth, development, and continuous learning.
• Support internal and external audits, providing documentation and explanations as needed, upholding the highest standards of ethics and governance.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred), with a strong foundation in financial principles and practices.
• At least 8+ years of progressive experience in controllership, financial planning & analysis, and reporting, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis, with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights.
• Proficiency in month-end close processes and financial statement preparation, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
• Excellent knowledge of financial reporting tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, etc.), with a strong understanding of their applications and limitations.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote / Work from Home setup, with a stable internet connection and conducive workspace.
