Supply Chain Learning & Improvement Coordinator

This role plays a pivotal part in executing supply chain strategies with a focus on Demand/Supply Planning.

  • Create training materials and assess learning programs to support continuous improvement initiatives across the region.
  • Support the implementation of global systems and processes within the region, ensuring seamless integration via learning opportunities.
About this role

You will be responsible for creating and facilitating training workshops to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.

  • Develop training materials and track training program effectiveness.
  • Maintain and communicate training resources updates.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in conversational English language both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • At least 2-3 years relevant experience in Supply Chain.
  • Experience as a subject matter expert or super user in demand/supply planning.
