As a Training and Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth trajectory of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver comprehensive training programs that equip employees with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative training methodologies that cater to diverse learning styles and preferences.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of training programs with business objectives.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a lead gen or sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive training sessions.
- Experience with CRM tools and MS Office is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and time-management skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and schedules.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
