The Learning and Development Consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing targeted training curricula that aim to bridge skill gaps, enhance job readiness, and convert raw talent into high-performing professionals. This role will focus on technical and compliance-driven accounts, ensuring training programs are aligned with operational requirements, industry regulations, and client expectations.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES:

1. Curriculum Design & Development

  • Create structured, scalable training curricula for technical and compliance accounts.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
  • Develop learning modules, job aids, assessment tools, and certification programs.
  • Ensure training materials meet regulatory and industry standards.

2. Training Delivery & Facilitation

  • Deliver engaging, interactive training sessions to both entry-level hires (raw talents) and upskilling programs for existing employees.
  • Use blended learning methodologies (e-learning, instructor-led training, simulation-based learning).
  • Incorporate real-life scenarios, case studies, and compliance simulations.

3. Performance & Impact Measurement

  • Assess training effectiveness through pre-tests, post-tests, on-the-job evaluations, and accreditation rates.
  • Monitor trainee progress and recommend interventions to ensure successful conversion to production-ready status.
  • Collaborate with operations, QA, and compliance teams to track post-training performance metrics.

4. Continuous Improvement & Compliance Alignment

  • Regularly update curricula to reflect new industry standards, client requirements, and emerging technologies.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate policies in all training content.
  • Recommend process improvements to reduce training attrition and improve learning outcomes.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (required).
  • Professional certifications in Training & Development (e.g., Train-the-Trainer, Instructional Design) preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in training curriculum design, preferably in compliance-driven industries.
  • Proven track record in converting entry-level hires into production-ready employees.
  • Experience handling technical and compliance accounts is highly desirable.

Skills:

  • Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks and industry-specific regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and measure results.
  • Proficiency in e-learning tools and LMS platforms.
