Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning programs that support the growth and development of our employees.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of adult learning principles and be able to create engaging and effective training experiences that meet the needs of our diverse workforce.

You will work closely with subject matter experts to develop training materials, deliver training sessions, and evaluate the effectiveness of our learning programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, instructional design, or human resources.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
