Senior Associate, Learning and Organizational Development
">About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our team and play a key role in driving organizational development and learning initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end support to the Department Head in overseeing and managing the implementation of strategic organizational interventions and processes supporting the performance, learning and career development, and engagement of employees in the organization.
The Senior Associate will manage the roll-out of assigned learning/developmental and culture building programs and initiatives including design and facilitation of in-house programs. This will involve developing and implementing tools, processes, and initiatives in career development and succession management. Additionally, the Senior Associate will support the development and implementation of employee engagement and wellness activities/interventions in the organization to provide excellent employee experience and achieve a high level of employee satisfaction and engagement.
