Job Title: Live Events Coordinator

The Live Events Coordinator plays a pivotal role in Ayuda Business Management solution Inc's entertainment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee DJ schedules to ensure seamless music performances, guaranteeing high-quality experiences for patrons.
  • Sourcing and procurement of props and decorations necessary for captivating and immersive shows and events.
  • Identify and source talented actors and performers to enhance the entertainment offerings and elevate audience engagement.
  • Craft and execute engaging show concepts, working closely with the lighting operator to deliver exceptional production quality.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in theatre, show, or entertainment management, showcasing expertise in entertainment production.
  • Fluency in both English and Tagalog to facilitate effective communication with diverse performers and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively, exhibiting strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Availability to work six days a week, including operational days (Wednesdays-Saturdays) until at least 3:30 AM, with potential remote work on other days reflecting the demanding nature of the role.
