
Tech Support Advocate

As a technology advocate, you'll have the opportunity to be part of a leading SaaS solution.
This position requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer support via chats and emails, building long-lasting relationships with customers, and meeting team objectives.
Responsibilities- Deliver top-notch customer support through various communication channels
- Foster positive relationships with customers and maintain a deep understanding of their needs
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in customer support
- Safeguard sensitive customer information and adhere to data protection protocols
- Develop a thorough knowledge of our clients' products and services
- Collaborate effectively with developers and other departments within IT companies
- Bilingual fluency in Dutch and English (B2 level)
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer support roles
- Personal or professional experience in trading, investments, or blockchain is highly desirable
- Proven ability to provide support via live chats
- Experience with CRM systems and analytical/research skills
- A positive and responsible attitude
- A reliable laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
- Technical support experience
