Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team. As a Technical Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical assistance to customers via various communication channels.
  • Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Diligently document all customer interactions, including problem resolution and time to fix, in the ticket system.
  • Analyze recurring customer issues, collaborate with the Support Team, and determine permanent resolutions to solve tickets in the queue.
  • Participate in on-call schedules, including weekends and after-hours, as needed.
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficient with Active Directory Fundamentals On-Prem and Azure O365.
  • Working knowledge of Group Policy, RDS/RDP, and Citrix fundamentals.
  • Experience supporting MS Office products, particularly QuickBooks.
  • Recent working experience with Active Directory.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in technical support.
