Key Responsibilities- Provide frontline technical support via phone, email, and live chat to meet client expectations.
- Troubleshoot issues using step-by-step procedures and provided tools to resolve problems efficiently.
- Manage support tickets and inquiries to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Client Satisfaction (CSAT) targets.
- Collaborate with leadership for coaching, feedback, and training reviews to improve performance.
Must-Haves:
- Strong internet connection (200+ MBPS) for seamless communication.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer success roles.
- Experience handling live chat, phone, and email support to cater to diverse client needs.
- Clear, professional communication skills to ensure effective issue resolution.
- Proven ability to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and SLA goals to drive business growth.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Real estate knowledge or CRM/Salesforce experience to enhance understanding of the industry.
