A technical support specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring clients receive high-quality assistance with real estate technology and brokerage sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide frontline technical support via phone, email, and live chat to meet client expectations.
  • Troubleshoot issues using step-by-step procedures and provided tools to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Manage support tickets and inquiries to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Client Satisfaction (CSAT) targets.
  • Collaborate with leadership for coaching, feedback, and training reviews to improve performance.
Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • Strong internet connection (200+ MBPS) for seamless communication.
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer success roles.
  • Experience handling live chat, phone, and email support to cater to diverse client needs.
  • Clear, professional communication skills to ensure effective issue resolution.
  • Proven ability to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and SLA goals to drive business growth.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Real estate knowledge or CRM/Salesforce experience to enhance understanding of the industry.
