**Program Officer, Cards Job Summary**

As a Program Officer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing intermediate usage programs to achieve assigned targets related to credit card volume and billings.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Conduct data-driven customer analysis and business review to develop key strategies for delivering usage KPIs.
  • Partner with merchants and partners to onboard, manage, and engage top partners.
  • Curate and orchestrate relevant offers, promotions, and communications to target segments.
  • Develop and implement end-to-end plans across all channels.
  • Optimize program budgets.
  • Manage program-specific profit and loss statements.
**Requirements:**
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution, preferably in a business field.
  • At least 1 year of solid experience in Marketing and/or Business Development or Business Analytics at an officer/managerial level.
  • Deep understanding of the different areas of the credit card business and ability to relate unit operations and performance metrics to the overall business.
  • Negotiation and account management skills are highly valued.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
