
Senior Manager, Customer Engagement

As a Program Officer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing intermediate usage programs to achieve assigned targets related to credit card volume and billings.
**Key Responsibilities:**- Conduct data-driven customer analysis and business review to develop key strategies for delivering usage KPIs.
- Partner with merchants and partners to onboard, manage, and engage top partners.
- Curate and orchestrate relevant offers, promotions, and communications to target segments.
- Develop and implement end-to-end plans across all channels.
- Optimize program budgets.
- Manage program-specific profit and loss statements.
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution, preferably in a business field.
- At least 1 year of solid experience in Marketing and/or Business Development or Business Analytics at an officer/managerial level.
- Deep understanding of the different areas of the credit card business and ability to relate unit operations and performance metrics to the overall business.
- Negotiation and account management skills are highly valued.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
