Arcadis seeks an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide professional support to the Commercial Enablement Team in coordinating gate approval processes for new opportunities.

Job Description
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, including diary management, meeting setup, and database maintenance.
  • Support the pursuit approval process by arranging gate approval meetings as required.
  • Distribute opportunity and pursuit information to relevant stakeholders according to agreed criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain accurate records of opportunities and sales database, following up on pursuits as necessary.
  2. Respond to and resolve enquiries, escalating complex queries when appropriate.
  3. Assist the Commercial Enablement Team with editing and formatting CVs for proposals.
  4. Perform ad-hoc tasks as required, handling multiple confidential tasks simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, time management abilities, and strong attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office Suite is essential, particularly in Word and PowerPoint.
