At Never Die VE Training Center, we are looking for an experienced Administrative Specialist/Assistant to handle our daily administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Record-Keeping: Ensure accurate and timely management of appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Bookings and Customer Inquiries: Process customer bookings, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues efficiently.
  • Certifications and Compliance: Maintain up-to-date records of diver certifications, permits, and regulatory compliance documents.
  • Logistics and Coordination: Arrange equipment and transportation for diving trips, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels of diving gear and supplies.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare reports, invoices, and other documentation related to diving operations.
  • Communication and Liaison: Establish strong relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities.

This role requires excellent organizational and multitasking skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant administrative software. If you have a degree in business administration or a related field, experience in the diving industry is an advantage.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree: A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the diving or maritime industry is beneficial.
  • Knowledge and Certifications: Familiarity with diving industry regulations and certifications (PADI, SSI) is essential.
  • Skills and Qualities: Strong communication, customer service, and attention to detail skills are required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant administrative software is necessary.
