  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and construction materials.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
  • Track project timelines and assist with meeting deadlines.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred).
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within construction or related industries.
  • Familiarity with construction terminology, procedures, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Excel, project management tools).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
