Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our team.

This role involves generating leads, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings between customers and closers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and have experience in phone/Zoom sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads through targeted outreach efforts.
  • Schedule appointments with potential customers.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings between customers and closers.
  • Attend regular sales team meetings and training sessions.
  • Follow up with potential customers who have expressed interest.
  • Consistently increase product knowledge by consuming relevant content.
  • Participate in daily sales syncs to discuss initiatives and strategize around the pipeline.
  • Engage in consultative dialogue to identify customer challenges and needs.
  • Build relationships with leads using a consultative approach.
  • Achieve or exceed sales appointment quotas and targets.
Requirements:
  • 6 months of previous experience as an SDR or appointment setter.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong drive for success.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to create rapport.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
Benefits:
  • $4-$5 per hour with bonus opportunities and uncapped commissions.
