- Provide expert guidance during negotiations to help sellers secure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction processes, including LOIs, APAs, and payment procedures.
- Business brokerage or investment banking background.
- Proven experience in consulting, with a focus on revenue generation.
- Ability to meet sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Google Suite, and Zoom.
