Key Responsibilities- Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Represent our organization with warmth and professionalism, making potential clients feel valued and supported throughout their interaction with us.
- Handle High-Volume Calls with Precision: Manage a large volume of inbound calls (50-100 daily), answering client questions with clarity, providing guidance, and setting up appointments with attorneys for consultations.
- Own the Client Journey: Collaborate with our internal teams to coordinate appointment setting and follow-up, ensuring a tailored experience that meets each client's unique needs.
