We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for promoting our services to Registered Investment Advisors, expanding our client base, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Represent our company and its products to advisors, providing expert knowledge and effectively communicating the benefits of our solutions.
- Maintain and build relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and market trends, ensuring we remain competitive and innovative in our approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a territory sales position, selling financial services offerings to Registered Investment Advisors.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving shared goals.
- Demonstrated ability to interact, listen, influence, and partner with high-level decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with a proven track record of success in sales.
This role is based in the Northeast territory, covering CT, DE, MA, MD, NJ, NY, PA, and RI.
