About the Role

Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in a call center environment is essential.
  • Able to work from home with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate a strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
