About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our clients.

As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from home and enjoy a flexible schedule. You will be expected to handle customer inquiries through various channels, including email, phone, live chat, and social media.

Your primary goal will be to provide thoughtful, high-quality responses that reflect our service standards. This includes addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services.

In addition to your excellent communication skills, you will need to possess strong problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented mindset. Experience with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries through email, phone, live chat, and/or social media.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
  • At least 1 year of online/remote customer service experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
