Remote Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and friendly customer service professional to join our team. As a remote customer service representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer concerns, and building sustainable relationships with customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service through open and interactive communication.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and process updates.
- Adhere to established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- At least 1-year proven experience as a customer service representative in a B2C or B2B capacity.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Working Hours: US work hours (20-40 hours per week)
Location: Remote role
- Entry Level: Up to PHP 31,000
- Intermediate Level: Up to PHP 42,000
- Expert Level: Up to PHP 53,000
