About This Opportunity

This is an exciting role for a skilled technical professional who can provide exceptional support to our clients. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be the face of our company and will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to technical inquiries from clients via phone, email, or chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Guide clients through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Document all client interactions accurately in our system.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and support procedures.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Follow company protocols and security guidelines when handling sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and customer experience.
  • Meet performance metrics including resolution time, customer satisfaction, and attendance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong proficiency in English language, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and self-manage effectively.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Requirements:

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
