- Forward qualified inquiries to the appropriate retailer or partner
- Update and categorize leads accurately within our system
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information
- Apply best practices to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on client products and services
- Proficiency in German and English, with advanced written and spoken skills required for both languages
- Prior experience in Customer Service or Marketing is highly valued
- Hands-on experience in lead communication and follow-up is essential
- A keen eye for detail is necessary to maintain high-quality work
- Strong administrative and organizational skills are required to manage tasks efficiently
- A positive and responsible attitude is crucial for success in this role
- Access to a reliable laptop or computer (minimum 8GB RAM) and stable internet connection (50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
- Previous experience working in a similar luxury brand environment is a plus
- Fixed schedule: 5 days per week, 4 PM – 12 AM CET
