We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Customer Experience Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues, and leading a team of escalation specialists.
This is a full-time permanent position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of customer experience specialists in resolving complex customer issues
- Provide coaching and guidance to ensure team members meet performance expectations
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance team effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve credit-related concerns and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolution outcomes
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on customer satisfaction, credit issues, and team performance metrics
- Proven leadership or coaching experience
- Strong sales background with 3+ years of experience
- Telecommunications industry experience
